We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To request a return, please contact support@dormada.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and follow with next steps once approved. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and dormada reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions. International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@dormada.com for assistance.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Each dormada piece is produced and packaged in limited quantities, and orders begin processing immediately after purchase. If you believe there's an issue, contact support@dormada.com and we'll do our best to assist.
International Shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
